Wow, that was a sweet little 1-min bar stop run breakdown there. I love it. Maybe that's all the downside it has, though. You know the games they like to play before they do a Sunday night GLOBEX/Monday run up. But, one of these times we'll get some real downside... It's sure all set up for some right now, as discussed previously. I'm patiently (Hah!) waiting for it...

So, is this a super-key 'W2' ABCD right here? Is there a massive convergence of just about everything I look for, right here, right now? Yes. Big-time yes. And what do I consider the odds are that this is going to roll down here, versus be a 'W3' up, and to new highs for the move it goes? I'd say it's about, give or take, one in a million, optimistically, that it rolls down off here to any meaningful degree.

Okay, so overhead I'm watching these levels:

37-39

50.25-52.25

This is based, of course, on this A+++ 'W2' area here giving way. We know 'they' want nothing more than to take out that high, gun this up, break the big fractal pattern, and send this to new all-times highs. 'Up until April/May, drop it down, get lots of bearish talk, run it up to new all-time highs for the election.' To me, it's almost pre-ordained.

Everyone should study this. It doesn't matter how good a setup is, no matter how many factors, no matter how 'perfect'. If it is against the trend, against the 'context', against what the manipulators have in mind, it will never, ever turn the trend unto itself. 'Context' first, setup second. Always has been, always will be, in my experience.

Now, don't get me wrong here. I'm not saying this couldn't turn down here. I'm only saying my read is that 'they' have essentially zero intention of that being the top there, and they are showing no price action behaviors to indicate to me they intend that. So, I won't believe in any downside setups like this until I see actual motion in that direction.

If this were going to do any reaction at all off this area, it would likely be after this little 'peek around' it just did right there at 27.00, in my opinion. Not that I expect anything but up until close. But, I'm watching.. In case...

Are these levels also based on expanding 1.27 and 1.618 of big ABCD which send it up ?

I think it also pays to look at other markets when doing 'intraday swing trading' (daytrading to most). Gold, the currencies, and crude were anything but dead today.
