Jim has allowed me to post some charts in a separate thread, so I will post here in Al's Charts 2. I am amazed at how the Kane Trading methodology permeates price action. I like moving averages, too.
Any comment welcome.
Good Trading to all.

No it doesn't, Jim. The afternoon seems a lot less frantic than the morning trading. I am truly amazed at how the Kane Trading educational methods continue to describe the market price action so beautifully. Kane Trading rocks!!

Sadly, no. I guess I was too busy looking "the other way." I suspect it is a lot simpler that I am trying to making it.

Al, I always use 'the spirit of the pattern' and how it lines up with all the other work to decide on a setup. The parameters in the books are my guidelines, but the decision is always based on the holistic overview of all the factors. Hence, if I like everything else then I don't cut out a TD just because it's a .685 or thereabouts. The guidelines just help keep those who haven't mastered their craft yet out of trouble (or should I say 'reduce their trouble'), in my opinion.
