I'll start the open topic for this week. I hope the week is as 'good' as last week.

BTW, I'm getting that vibe again, roofer's getting close... If I only wouldn't keep saying something I bet he'd be back by now...

Hmmm, this is rather curious. Probably it all means absolutely nothing, but it does have me thinking. Why are they making it look like this is a lower high here? If there was more time, I'd say they are setting up a nice sucker trap. But few are going to position here short over the weekend. This finish, though, makes me question my Sunday scenario... Stay tuned.

All right, I'm going to wrap this up. My thought for Sunday is now an unknown. If this finished strong, which was what they were lining it up for, that led me to think of a certain Sunday scenario. Now I'm not sure, and have no real scenario in mind. This is once again back up at the top of the channel, right at price flow. Time to roll back down again if this is following what it has been doing for awhile now. But a strong finish after the small checkback would have me thinking a gap up and 'throw over' to the upside.

And it may not just be a 'throw over', but the start of a stronger blow off move. It seems like that is coming. I was getting very wary of plays to the upside in here except for very short-term intraday (which I think are not only highly, highly playable, but the mainstay of plays lately), but the character looks like a breakout to the upside is lining up. Or at least it would have looked that way with a strong close and another new high. Now, as I said, I'm ambivalent.

I have noticed that while Bloomberg is always parading endless bulls, the stream of them is getting totally absurd. And their calls and claims are getting beyond belief, to me. Although that can go on for some time, it does seem, including the blogs I read, that there isn't a single bearish call out there. I really can't recall this many bulls, even in 2007, or in the dotcom 'boom'. But, if they keep printing trillions, and will keep printing more and more trillions, then sentiment doesn't matter. When the market gets super-super overbought, then maybe they'll let it come in another four points. You get my point. But, other than that, it is just so overdue to get monkey-hammered it's just crazy.

And there is now a big spike in inflows into stocks from 'Joe Average'. Finally. So, in theory, it should all be over soon. But, none of that matters when they keep printing trillions and giving it to the PD's and telling them the only caveat is they must buy stocks. Lots and lots of stocks.

The sentiment and lack of fear (complacency) just keeps getting worse and worse. And, as one would expect, the talking heads, as usual, just keep saying 'It's different this time'. And then they'll look back and say 'No one could have seen that coming', as they say the bottom is in all the way down. Same old, same old.
