Fascinating. Right off the little bearish ABCD at TL and swoooooooooosh. It can't get off the floor. Maybe after enough tries down here it will finally stabilize. It's surely not a picture of strength right now... But, that doesn't matter, it's only a matter if The Overlords tell the players to turn the machines back on. That's all, nothing more.

And yet another new LOD, and futures close at almost the low tick of the day. 'Normally' this means a monster ramp tomorrow, but now I'm not so sure. It needs to do a V here to let's say 1690. Nothing else is 'right'. The manipulators are all set to do this. But, maybe it is going to just behave like a real market. Yeah, sure...

Now the key area is around 40-43, but the 38.2 is at 47 (and the .447 is at 37...), and some key lines are up there, depending on the time it hits, so let's say in there I'm going to be looking. If this area doesn't reverse it, watch out, there's trouble. Watch bonds, they may be key. Continued bonds and stocks selling hard at the same time implies to me something is up.

This one will be very price action oriented, since there are layers of things starting to come in around 52 or so. I hope we hit deep, but it may be close, too, so I'm watching how it acts very closely.

"On Tuesday I wrote about the stunning cluster of Hindenburg Omens that we have seen lately, and now another one has appeared. On Wednesday we witnessed the 6th Hindenburg Omen that we have seen in the last 8 trading days. The only similar clusters in recent history occurred just before the last financial crash and just before the end of the "dotcom boom".
In addition, the level of margin debt continues to signal that big trouble is ahead. We recently learned that margin debt hit a brand new all-time high of 384 billion dollars in April, and this is repeating a pattern that we saw just before the financial crash of 2008 and the busting of the dotcom bubble in 2000."

It's getting crazier and crazier out there. Chinese market did a spike of 6.2% instantaneously. Hmmmm.

A little more bond talk, since that is what is going to decide this whole game...

Thanks Jim and thank you for the offer. Please leave my latest posting in the main discussion threat, where it is. The chart seemed worthy of comment at the time I looked at it, but now, not so much. It probably points out that I need to follow price action on the 15 minute and higher timeframes more, in order to see more, as you have pointed out in your books. As usual, the Kane ABCD covered the price action beautifully.
