I will start this week with overview of the Euro.
1.2480 looks like a monster, but I assume it will produce only a temporary reaction after TL fakeout and then go up to KZ (1.2570-1.2600).
The weekly chart shows a great potential for games around 1.2.

Today the S&P closed above its 5-day MA for the twentieth day in a row. This has only happened three other times in the past twenty years.

The U.S. is now the world's most expensive stock market. Imagine what it will be at Dow 43,000!!!

Here's an article that's curious (you don't need to read the article, just the title, although I'll source it below to give proper credit):
"If WTI Drops To $60, It Will "Trigger A Broader HY Market Default Cycle", Says Deutsche"
But, didn't I just say I had a key area at 57-60? Drop it to there, and the explode it up before the defaults start? Curious my key area is also an area that has significance outside the charts. Must be a 'coincidence'.

Marcin, rat, and my old student who still follows along, and that's it for today. All the nice posts, and for what? What we have to offer in here isn't good enough? And it's free? I know I've been saying this for many years, but I don't know why I even bother in here any more. I'd like to fold the forum, restart an identical one, and only invite the three above. it would be the same as it is now, except I wouldn't feel so bad. No rejection, you're not in here because 'you ain't in the club'.

And although I can't see it (now), if crude does collapse, in the literal sense of the word, and 'deflation' takes hold (see the last post about inflation, which has been my point all along), I have an area: 34-36. Note that the previous collapse low was 33.20 by my data. I could see them wanting to 'test' that. It seems impossible, but so did crude at 33.20 (and XRB with a 'zero handle'!) after it was just at 147.27. So, it isn't impossible by any stretch.

Gotta love these guys. Blast up at 2 AM eastern on the German GDP to sweep 'em up, then down at the European open at 3 AM on the Chinese reports to sweep out the TL. Same old, same old, with the report times to do the sweeps. Now with both sides cleaned out, we can see what they really intend for it.

Well, I was determined today I wouldn't go first, and hence no posts on the day, since no one showed. The ES was dead (I'll post an article after this post), but FX, gold, and crude were insane. I'm still not really sure what kicked it off. The word is the dollar selling was first. But then some said a Swiss gold referendum (which is still sixteen days or so away) rumor started the dollar selling/gold ramping. All I know is the moves were nuts, and if one caught even a part of them they did well. Beyond well. This is truly an insane market.

Here's the ES game. It's all games, but this is the 'stop run' game, a variation on what I coined long ago, the '1-2-tick game'.
