No one else did it, so I'm kickin' it off.

There are two 'sub-levels' but I don't want to post them in detail right now, so I will say the two of them combined range from about 58-61 (maybe 61.25), so this may want to head there. I keep thinking of this as a bounce where sellers will reassert at some point and set a new low, but that is seemingly less and less likely any time soon. I am watching this grind up and battle that backtest line, and I get drawn into the siren song of how beautiful it would be to complete this move down.

I also have this other thing, it's kind of like a sentiment thing related to bloggers, and it says there is a 99.99% chance we will see 63.00-.25 today. I hope not, from a technical standpoint, but I'm just throwing that out there. I could probably call it my 'knucklehead indicator'. I have developed a few in the past. I used to have one I used daily. This one guy was uncanny in that his reads he posted before the market opened were almost always just about exactly ten points off...

57.00 draws a nice reaction. Maybe that's close enough. But it's acting like maybe something is about to happen, and I have some concerns it might be a huge pop up. It's just acting 'weird'.

This might be a 'W3' unfolding. I still hold hope the way it's acting is a reflection of the impending return of net sellers off this upcoming area..

Completing the bearish ABCD at 58+- in a 3D on the 1-min would be ideal.

Well, it's right into the ABCD completion point area in here. KZ off the recent high. We should get an indication soon if any sellers are left, or if this is a 'W3' and the 'knucklehead indicator' will prevail.

I can keep saying okay let's see every time it rolls off yet another new little high here, but what's the point. It's hit the area, it most likely will go right through and fulfill the 'knucklehead indicator', as I feel it is destined to do, and then maybe make it all back? All I can do is watch in here, and if I see a trigger and want it, I can elect that option.

that is the one thing that has me cautious....unless uup takes its time turning to give gold the opportunity to blow off by being in sync in pieces while uup bides its time and gold finishes its move. It's possible it's done, but somehow I don't feel that. the goldbugs I know are bearish on gold and have been since the low. Imagine....a rocket launch off the low and they have been bearish the whole time?

rat, if that UUP setup plays out though and the dollar strengthens, wouldn't gold likely not rise? Or do you think maybe the UUP won't play out? I was hoping we'd see dollar up, ES. crude, gold and rates down.

60.00. This is the last place before the KI. It give it a 2% chance of holding, and that's generous.

Don't be shy about posting JaLee. If you come back to the posts from 2011 when I joined the forum you will see that I couldn't do anything more than finding ABCDs in all directions, yet I decided to post charts and treated it as part of my trading education. Besides, I think we all have a slightly different specializations, rat posts CFDs mainly, you are following ES as far as I know, and I major in FX, especially the Pound. So it will work to advantage of all of us if we cover as much markets as possible.

Yes I am very sad that he is no longer going to be posting here. I can't believe the wealth of information available on this forum. I do appreciate everybody's else posts as well. I will absolutely still be reading and learning from everybody here, but since I am fairly new to the KT Methodology I'm not sure how much I can contribute to others; but I would like to still be involved.

As we could all read yesterday, Jim considered seriously quitiing the forum after what has been happening in public area for the last few weeks. Today he eventually decided to quit and asked me to inform everyone about that. Sad but true...

Every user of private area will still have access to it, but from now on we are on our own.
I am going to post as time permits and I am almost sure that rat will do the same. What about the rest? JaLee?
