Now imagine what this will be if Armstrong is correct and we double from here...

based the picture perfect first wave down and retrace to 209.81 I am looking for a move to around 201 - 202, with a key spot at the meeting of the lines at 203, which will cease to become timely after tomorrow morning. See notations on chart for local fib, measured off 203.09. It is entirely possible that price keeps moving down, but yesterday and today price did not behave in an impulsive manner and that's a clue to a potential bear trap. IF they pick up price here, and do not break 203, it's very bullish. So any way you look at it, a large move is coming, and tomorrow is the last trading day before the employment report. The way fibs work is something like a gun fight, and there are always two frequencies in the market at all times: up and down, with evidence for either. At times like this, the market looks at a trader and says: "Uh uh. I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?"

Nice post, rat. I do agree something big appears to be ready to uncoil. One thing I find is that a lot of the time I have no clue what is going on. But I think I know when I do know what is going on, so the secret is to act only when you feel you have your edge, and stand aside when you don't. Many moves can be missed, but the goal isn't to know all the time what is happening, or to catch every move, it's to be patient and wait for your shot, then act on that, then be patient again, and so on. I got this idea from Reminiscences of a Stock Operator, where he basically said when he was sure what was going on he was almost never wrong (I agree completely with that), but it's all those other times when he traded anyway that it mostly didn't work out (and I agree completely with that, too). I'm not really saying all this directly to you, rat, I'm mostly posting for everyone when I say this, it just happens to flow from this post.

So, for you ES traders, I'm still following this, since the close. It got that swing-point, and that didn't cause a big checkback. It appears to be headed to that next area I posted, trying to take out that 60.25 swing-high. After that another swing-high is waiting at 63.25, then there is nothing but blue sky, as far as swing points, until the big reversal at 77.50. If one was not just daytrading then some would still be running on this. If one thought it should be capped at the end of the RTH (my thoughts as it immediately peaked), there was a nice setup to get back on board. Take a look at that. It sells into close, violates the obvious TL, then guns up. One could take it off that. Then it comes in, back to where? The KZ. That's all I could ask for. Study the entry around 46.75. It's up just a tick under 8 from there as I type this, right at a key line. Maybe it's done, maybe it has a lot more to go. That's the beauty of trailing stops, you can set it up and let it run if that's what you want.

Don't be shy about posting JaLee. If you come back to the posts from 2011 when I joined the forum you will see that I couldn't do anything more than finding ABCDs in all directions, yet I decided to post charts and treated it as part of my trading education. Besides, I think we all have a slightly different specializations, rat posts CFDs mainly, you are following ES as far as I know, and I major in FX, especially the Pound. So it will work to advantage of all of us if we cover as much markets as possible.

Yes I am very sad that he is no longer going to be posting here. I can't believe the wealth of information available on this forum. I do appreciate everybody's else posts as well. I will absolutely still be reading and learning from everybody here, but since I am fairly new to the KT Methodology I'm not sure how much I can contribute to others; but I would like to still be involved.

As we could all read yesterday, Jim considered seriously quitiing the forum after what has been happening in public area for the last few weeks. Today he eventually decided to quit and asked me to inform everyone about that. Sad but true...
Every user of private area will still have access to it, but from now on we are on our own.
I am going to post as time permits and I am almost sure that rat will do the same. What about the rest? JaLee?
