I was particularly curious because I thought Armstrong had a high in gold here, at least for now.

that is the one thing that has me cautious....unless uup takes its time turning to give gold the opportunity to blow off by being in sync in pieces while uup bides its time and gold finishes its move. It's possible it's done, but somehow I don't feel that. the goldbugs I know are bearish on gold and have been since the low. Imagine....a rocket launch off the low and they have been bearish the whole time?

rat, if that UUP setup plays out though and the dollar strengthens, wouldn't gold likely not rise? Or do you think maybe the UUP won't play out? I was hoping we'd see dollar up, ES. crude, gold and rates down.

RTH HOD is at 61.75. You know how badly they want that.

I can't believe how much I keep waiting for the sellers to reassert. No matter my very-short-term viewpoint (let's say like if one was riding a grind play up in here), I still can't shake that.

Like I said, that 'knucklehead indicator' seemed like it had a 99.99% chance of playing out. Now at 62.25. The methodology would call for just letting the trailing stop management do its thing. It's just so frustrating to see such a piece of artwork not allowed to unfold. I can't say how many times I've seen that happen.

63.25 hit. Not it can crater. The KI is fully hit. That's why I said 99.99% chance in my opinion.

I am not saying it will crater, I'm saying now that it did what the KI said it would do, if the sellers want to reassert, they are free to now.

Mostly what they did in reaching the area of the KI is sweep out the RTH highs.

Don't be shy about posting JaLee. If you come back to the posts from 2011 when I joined the forum you will see that I couldn't do anything more than finding ABCDs in all directions, yet I decided to post charts and treated it as part of my trading education. Besides, I think we all have a slightly different specializations, rat posts CFDs mainly, you are following ES as far as I know, and I major in FX, especially the Pound. So it will work to advantage of all of us if we cover as much markets as possible.

Yes I am very sad that he is no longer going to be posting here. I can't believe the wealth of information available on this forum. I do appreciate everybody's else posts as well. I will absolutely still be reading and learning from everybody here, but since I am fairly new to the KT Methodology I'm not sure how much I can contribute to others; but I would like to still be involved.

As we could all read yesterday, Jim considered seriously quitiing the forum after what has been happening in public area for the last few weeks. Today he eventually decided to quit and asked me to inform everyone about that. Sad but true...

Every user of private area will still have access to it, but from now on we are on our own.
I am going to post as time permits and I am almost sure that rat will do the same. What about the rest? JaLee?
