Welcome back everybody! Good to see so much activity and some new faces here

There was also a lot of action in the market while I was away. The basic question is, as Jim pointed out already, whether Thursday's 3D ended in a meaningful PTA or not. The best lines I could find for this area are following:

They don't look very convincing and there is no pattern, so the reaction at the current area should be very important:

rat, when you use the reply with quote option can you make sure you keep both sides of the quote tag? Make sure you have:

[ quote] at the start, and

[ quote/] at the end.

Note, I had to add a space between the [ and the letter q above, or it would try to make that into a quote (it would see them as actual tag commands). Don't add that space in, it is just so I can explain this.

You are cutting them off, usually the end one, and then it doesn't show it as a quote, as below. I've been going in and fixing them for you. When you look back at the original post it will be fixed, but below is how it was before I fixed it, for reference.

roofer: On your anchor point 1 on the AMZN chart, you anchored beneath the last bar of the day on 60 minute chart. Was it just coincidence that the point was also at the 88.6% level going from that day's closing bar's high to the next morning low on gap?

I'm playing around with using anchors in thin areas which is like a gap and wanted to know if you are using them with your fav fib level.

no that is the crucial gap set taught by tim morge.. gap sets in my work are more important than standard sets..... jim did not pound the table in his book for them.. i DO NOT use adjusted sets...

Hopefully this link takes you to your original chart to refresh your memory:
