Okay, no one has started the new topic, so here it is. Silver ready to hit 48, gold at another new all-time high, ES futures are up and rising, the Aussie is looking strong, CL another new high for the move, and working on that contract high. Same old, same old. 'Risk on'.

I've got around 1360.75-62 as my next key ES area, and that lines up well with that $SPX area, so I guess many will be watching there...

ES 58.50-59 is a minor area, so be watchful. Especially if it wants to mess with those waiting on the higher level.

Very interesting, roofer. FDX dumping would mean something in here, me thinks.

IWM dumping hard right off my first area. What a 'coincidence'.

Okay, check this out. IWM just did a 'flash blast' to 94.35 right at 16:00, on the PSE. Just the other day I think there were 30 stocks that did this. I looked at the Time and Sales, and I see almost 150 trades, in size from 100 shares to 500K shares. By my likely inaccurate T&S, the first trade was for 292 shares, then two at 500K and 499.70K (did that size kick something off, and if so, why was there a small trade first at the erroneous price?), and then all those other trades, none of which were very big, most 'regular' sized trades under 1,000 shares.

So, they'll likely bust all those, although they don't really have to. Read the discretion they have on their erroneous trade policy and you'll see you are totally at their mercy. Meanwhile, all the other exchanges/venues kept trading at the 'regular' price.

One wonders how this can keep happening, and what triggers so many orders so far off the market. I mean, those all couldn't have been market orders (the price fills would/should have been all over if that was the case), nor standing orders at that level, so how does this happen, all at one price level? Very strange. It really shows me the market structure is still grossly broken, just totally destroyed. But, it's all good... No worries.

Notice, too, how the last 1-min IWM bar went kinda nuts, like a precursor that something was about to happen. The ES had zero reaction there.

jim i have been caught 7 times with my stops being hit by this crap over the last 10 years.... the large traders get their trades busted.. small traders are told to eat it... ALWAYS IN etf's.... it is to the point that i can feel it coming and pull my stops.... i have been correct twice....

You'll need 'all-sessions' to see the 'flash blast' in IWM.
