Acceleration, bounce or coil now? In case of the first, our target area is just 4-5% away. Exactly the same as in case of $RUT for the move off its head and shoulders pattern confluent with the green set lower ML:

i live in one of the top ten percapita income zip codes...yet the two major shopping centers less than a mile away and only two blocks from a major golf course that has hosted us open and pga... well they are 80 % vacant...up the street a few miles TWO WEEKS AFTER the traffic lights went out at major intersections.. they have not been fixed due to lack of funds.....even the hookers are out earlier and are brazen.the mexican mafia owns whole city blocks less than 5 miles from where i live...we are living on such a thin veneer of civilty.....

That's been my point in all those endless posts in the economic section, that as this continues, this economic crisis, I see no way out of the eventual total societal breakdown and martial law...

60 area quite a convergence. But, it's playing that small push, bounce up, small push, bounce up game, so it may not move impulsively to an area like it 'usually' does.

I don't use time factors heavily, but this 60 area has a 'perfect' time factor at 13:43, plus or minus. Let's see.

Moving pretty fast, seems like it will get there before 13:43. Let's see.

The little bounce there sets the time up just right...
