I'll start it off again this week, early. I'm going to make a few posts regarding sentiment and other such things as I feel we are getting close. It's either already done, or it has to have that final, insane, suck every last one in blow off move. I'd hate to think that move carries all the way to 2000, but it may.

Many are watching the 1750-75 area and areas near that, so I think the odds of that being it are very slim (you never know, though, especially if they say that area will only check it back a little, or not at all, and then they post higher levels, which is what I suspect they will do...).

I wish it could be here, but I just don't see it. Also keep in kind, the debt ceiling is coming up again this fall, so maybe that's the phony catalyst. I just don't know. Anyway, some sentiment to ponder coming up.

I saw a much better assessment of this, but I can't find it now.

This sums up my sentiments exactly. Do not read this if you dislike foul language. If you like Andrew Dice Clay this is for you.

This is rather basic and oversimplified, but for those that want basic it's a good overview. It doesn't address, though, that the Fed is monetizing all the debt now (in my opinion) and cannot stop or the government would collapse. They assume the Fed is kinda legit and is simply following its two mandates. Too funny. Anyway, it's still a decent read.

And there's the new high for the entire move on the ES. Yawn. Yeah, some surprise that is.

I thought this was pretty good:

"A society of the increasingly overworked and involuntarily idle is not a stable or happy one. Pressure is building along multiple fault lines beneath the supposedly expanding American economy. What's really expanding are stress, ill health, chronic depression, financial insecurity and the frustrations of the powerless."

talked yesterday to a man who used to roof with me... in the old country he had 3 degrees and ran a manufacturing plant... but here he could not get a related job until i hooked him up with one of my neighbors....he now works 80 hours a week setting up the robotic systems on the auto plant floors... also by chance talked to my neighbor who hired him... said the ex roofer was the best hire he has ever made and that he could use 40 more like him but that the americans coming out of the robotic programs are not qualified....and so it goes
