I'll start it off again this week, early. I'm going to make a few posts regarding sentiment and other such things as I feel we are getting close. It's either already done, or it has to have that final, insane, suck every last one in blow off move. I'd hate to think that move carries all the way to 2000, but it may.
Many are watching the 1750-75 area and areas near that, so I think the odds of that being it are very slim (you never know, though, especially if they say that area will only check it back a little, or not at all, and then they post higher levels, which is what I suspect they will do...).
I wish it could be here, but I just don't see it. Also keep in kind, the debt ceiling is coming up again this fall, so maybe that's the phony catalyst. I just don't know. Anyway, some sentiment to ponder coming up.

It's mandatory that they get the S&P index intraday highs. But, that's all academic really because it's not like it's going to go down then. It looks like it's got a lot more to go. It needs a blowoff leg. I still think 2000 by year end is a possibility. But, how they'll handle that debt ceiling, I just can't see it. And the sentiment indicators, well, they'll be way over any historical precedent at that point, since they are pegged already. And all the knucklehead pundits will be right... But, it looks like it will happen anyway.

I'm not going to bother to post any upside very short-term areas, I'll just say 'up' until close, and after.

They are going nuts on solar stocks lately, especially today. Many popped over 20% today alone. Cool. Nice to see some speculation coming into the market.

People just don't get it. It truly is 1984 unfolding, and they just don't get it...

I'm keeping an eye on the 72.50 area, in case this wants another leg down. That's a big if.

I can't get over how the ES couldn't even get over the sub-level below the one I posted. The upper one (it was only five ticks higher) is where all the key lines meet. That either implies to me this is very, very weak, or it is not going down much further, so it didn't need to test that key spot, it plans to blow it out to the upside shortly. I hope it's the 'very weak' option.

On the downside it may only want 65-66, but it may not even be able to take out the GZ here.
