    CLOSING TICKS? (AND AN OVERBOUGHT SITUATION IN A BEAR MARKET!)Remember my post of a few weeks ago on bear markets? Icommented on how most recenly there are usually at least 3 good rallies in them before they end . weve had 2 so far ,27% and about 22
    % i think. Frankly due to a historic oversold nature of this market, i would have expected a 30% rally for sure!
