Okay, a few points here. The long-side bias didn't last but a few minutes. I'm the first to step right up and say so. I see a potential turn, and my bias shifts. I then look for setups. I didn't even get a chance to look for any setups and it rolled right over. That's fine. It happens all the time. Point is, I have a bias, a side I am willing to trade on. Sometimes I have a long bias, sometimes a short bias, and many times I have no bias. Then I look for setups in line with that bias.

Now I'll watch this and see what it does, and reestablish a bias. The really crazy part is I may have a bias in one direction for say short-term, and the opposite bias intermediate-term, or none at all. And it's not off the table to be long and short at the same time (like having puts for an intermediate-term play and being long ES or SSO intraday).

Just got up to use the restroom and check the screens. Gold 1872+. Hmmmm. I wonder what it would be if we melt down in the manner I expect, one that makes 2007-2009 look like nothing, and with no solutions possible. Maybe it will make it to 1900? Too funny. Seriously, I can see $10,000+ coming if things unfold as expected. Maybe they don't, maybe gold is a bubble, and that was the high. I'm not going to bet on that... Back to bed. I just drank a big glass of water so I'll be up again soon. I plan to do that every time I get up, so I can keep tabs on things (if my alarms don't wake me first).

Stopped it dead, and then a 'retest' also bounced it. Now we see if it holds. It's a real obvious TL, so we know everyone is watching it.

Wow, did they shake the tree all afternoon on the 1 and 3-min timeframes. I'm seasick. Glad to be able to take a break now. Pretty exciting stuff, though.
