Watch how it handles 94.50 here.

Now, short-term, on the way to higher levels, I am watching:

98.50-99.00

1208.00-.50

1217.50-18.00

But, this area here, which I just mentioned at 94.50, and which it pushed up to 95.50 in the meantime, it has to deal with that first. I'm not sure how it will handle that yet. I suspect we are now in a big leg up, but it will have to prove itself to me at this point. I think it will soon.

Okay, for all you very short-term ES traders in here, of which I know there are some, watch this little potential tick/1-min lower high here at this area. Watch and see if they respeond to that, or blow it out to the upside. I think it will be the latter, but this will be a big clue, to me, very short-term.

So, as I suspected, the 'lower high' was the C point of a little ABCD, and up to a new high for the move it goes. But, look at the response to that. They surely are struggling with this area.

I didn't realize that as of the close yesterday, that was the best 3-day rally since the March 2009 low! Wow, that's awesome. I guess we are out of the woods.

A few that I thought the .886 was hit right on or pretty darn close.
I didn't trade today so after the fact.

So what happens when an .886 fails?

I found this chart from roofer that explains all. Jim thanked him at the time.

Wow, did they shake the tree all afternoon on the 1 and 3-min timeframes. I'm seasick. Glad to be able to take a break now. Pretty exciting stuff, though.
