When I make my after the market comment on my levels, I'll also comment on some thoughts on why this may have turned between levels, and how I can anticipate that might happen.

The way this is selling, I think it wants that 1056-57 area ASAP. But, the clues will come as it 'retests' the low, especially in the GZ. That will tell the tale.

The real issue, what could take this to 1056-57 or lower quite easily, is how many redemptions they get with this action. This may feed on itself for awhile.

You know, my repeated comment that I'm extremely bearish intermediate-term sure looks wise at this point. I was beginning to doubt if it would ever pan out. It took an almost infinite amount of patience.

You notice how this low and the deep end of the GZ stopped the selling dead. It may give way, but, as usual, it's where 'they' like to play their games.

Cash closes at the LOD. Dow down 631. ES and Naz approaching 7%. So, that Israel drop was indicative after all. Strange, though, how the ES is holding that lOD. Very strange.

What's nuts about that BAC read is that the time to hit the lower level is Aug 9 or 10 (tomorrow or Wednesday). I don't put a lot into time factors, but given how far back I posted on this, it is amazing to me how close it hit the area with respect to that time factor.

And then right back down into the close! Too funny.
