I think you are safe at this point. I'm watching this level on ES, as it would have to get picked up here, or I think it will flush.

But, positioning is everything when one plays countertrend like you do. You hit this SPY on an .886 retest, and got a fill at the bid of the .886 high to the tick. I mean, it can't be done better than that. So, you start from an awesome positioning, and then get to B/E fast. As close to 'can't lose' as is possible.

Once this level gives way, then you should have a good-sized winner.

BTW, I'm intraday short side bias ES, long side bias CL, 6E, and GC. Lots of action right now. I am just very, very nervous on the ES in here, and expecting the latter three could end any second...

Yeah, that 1338 rings a bell, but I confirmed the high by various sources and feel it is correct. I even checked several other contracts, but couldn't find that 1338. I've seen it before, though...
