Broader indexes like IWM shown by Roofer and MID below should show us the way in the coming days:
They were usually first to advance in the recent months and we'll see soon if this is the case this time as well

Well, that's another new all-time high for the Midcaps today. The Russell is only a few points away. Not too bad for dem bulls.

CL still rising, at the HOD, and just a few pennies from a new contract high. Brent is around 120. Look at unleaded, creeping up on that 2008 all-time high. Consumers are toast. But, the market will skyrocket, as will all the government economic statistics, and all the rhetoric about how good the economy is doing.

Jim and others, have a great weekend. Roofer like always, using the tools and catching the most people looking the wrong way. Much Respect.

Yeah, catch ya Sunday night. What a great day for trading, I think. Great catch on the SPY, roofer. Sure thought they were going to suck us in to a trap. Glad they couldn't pull it off. That CL, gold, and 6E long side was just nuts, do some workups on those, folks. Workin' the tools. Giggling at those 'out there' who think I'm a shill vendor trying to sell books... If they could just see in here, and grasp the tools... I'm glad they can't. As they say, someone has to be on the other side of all these trades. I thank them for that.

And there's the new contract high for CL. I don't know folks, I know this will have checkbacks, but I just don't see the 'resistance' many see for something at a new contract high. I think it wants to make a serious assault on that old 2008 high. Imagine that, after that insane speculative rise that just about trashed the country, and then dropping into the 30's, it looks like a shot at $200+ is in the cards. But, to hear the TV and Fed economists tell it, that's a clear sign the economy is firing on all cylinders, and it is a truly good thing for all of us that crude is rising so strongly. Um-hmmm.
