On the way to 40s area, there is also substantial resistance around 2020.
It includes two sublevels: 22-24 and 13-14, below which ES finished Friday.

Just as I thought, they didn't have the juice for it. Overall it was a slow, boring day, but it was fairly technical and clear to me, so some 'scalps' or smaller trades were definitely available, in my opinion. The crazy thing is, before the machines took over and multiple 20, 30, and even 40 point smooth trend swings intraday became the norm a lot of the time, this would have been considered a pretty decent day. We are definitely spoiled, in that what we consider a crap day now was considered pretty decent awhile back.

I will place cleaned chart tomorrow, but there is so much stuff at 1.4600-30, it should work as magnet for the Pound.
And the best timing factor is this week.

It stopped in low 50s, but so far it doesn't look that anybody wants to buy it.
