On the way to 40s area, there is also substantial resistance around 2020.
It includes two sublevels: 22-24 and 13-14, below which ES finished Friday.

But it's too weak.

It doesn't like it. Let's see now, though, as it comes right in to the most expected spot in here.

Okay, this 5.50 area has a lot of stuff, on the way to the best spot. It may not be able to hack it. We'll see.

Key decision for the ES right now. I'm not sure is has the stones for it.

they need to drop it so they can have room to pop it into the fomc for a retest or a minor stop run over yesterday's high....just thinking out loud.

Companies buying crazy amounts of their own stock at all-time or near all-time highs, going into the eighth year of a 'bull' market, with borrowed money, as holders of stocks sell at record levels. What could go wrong? Not to mention the 'earnings growth' is mostly if not all based on the decrease in the float, and the economy is about to plunge, and all these companies will be holding highly priced stock bought with borrowed money as actual earnings decline, as well as the impact from them stopping buying more stocks, and the impact of the decline in their asset valuation because the stocks are plummeting. Like I said, what can go wrong... But, as Armstrong says, probably stocks will double from here and they will make a fortune, and buy lots more stocks.

I would really like that scenario. I'm just not thinking they can drop it. But wow, look at that 15-min bearish ABCD on the ES. It's set up to get hammered. But, I just can't see it...
