On the way to 40s area, there is also substantial resistance around 2020.
It includes two sublevels: 22-24 and 13-14, below which ES finished Friday.

Explodes off the ABCD, takes out the overhead TL, then starts to plunge. Is there any method to this madness, or is it back to the same old chop and gun for lines and swing-points?

As an aside, I am not impressed with the trading quality this week. You know how I am frequently commenting on how a day has been a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10, or that a week has been almost legendary? I'd rate this week maybe a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. Sure, there have been some good setups, yesterday in particular. But overall, I think it has basically sucked in comparison to recent action. The really insane part is, this week would have been considered fairly decent in 'the old days'. This type of action used to be all we could expect. Summers were frequently an even tighter range, and choppier. Just some thoughts.

Opportunity-wise I would say I am at about 20%-30% of normal, if that.

The only thing I see here is just staying with the long from earlier.

Same with the Pound. It made 90 pips off that 15 low, but is statying in 20 pips range.

This is the first time/place here where I even got a hint that it could roll over. I wouldn't even scale the long yet, no less short it, but I'm ready, as it looks like something may be underfoot.
