On the way to 40s area, there is also substantial resistance around 2020.
It includes two sublevels: 22-24 and 13-14, below which ES finished Friday.

I think this is possibly going to make a big move going into the close. But, which direction is not completely clear to me. Up would seem more likely, but I'm not so sure. I think the lowest odds is that it stays in a narrow range until the close.

So, was that a sweep to start it up, or the start of something here?

It looks likes the classic sweep down and up. It needs to get going now, or it will be just another false start. At this point I'd like to see the move to the upper area I mentioned earlier. Just some kind of movement. Anything. Just frickin' move already.

This 41.75 area is the only place I can see it struggling before it hits the posted area.

Most of these parallels don't play out, but it's interesting regardless.

Okay, let's see if the ES only needed that small pullback, or if they will 'go complex' and play some games and then do the next leg. There is a lot of time left, so I'd think they'd want to screw with some people first.
