On the way to 40s area, there is also substantial resistance around 2020.
It includes two sublevels: 22-24 and 13-14, below which ES finished Friday.

I think it's hard to get straight info on that region. I'd like to know what is really going on, but I don't think 'they' are going to allow us to know. Just my two cents.

I don't know where ZH takes money from, but to say that Ukraine is victim of hybrid war driven by USA, one has to lose his mind,
As far as I know Crimea is not occupied by USA bur Russia, but maybe I am wrong...

It sure acts like it, but the temptation to just get it over that high is so great... The thing is, once it gets over it is free to start a move to that 35-40 area, starting with a SL move to around 20. I'm still thinking the best move right now is stay with the grind until it does something to change that view.

It is an absolutely classic price action layout for a dump, though. But I think the factors I listed outweigh this. If it really gets to dumping I can always look to get in, if possible.
