I'll start the topic for this week with this:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-04-12/eight-wtf-divergences

I'm expecting some great action, and always on the lookout for the 'top' to be in place. Here, early summer in the 1600's, year end at 2000, who knows. But I suspect it will be one of them. Maybe not. I'll just be reading the clues and finding the setups. That's what I do best, I think...

Watch the overhead 1-min TL, not that that will stop it. But, you never know.

All right, let's get this thing to those lower 70's now.

Okay, here comes the tease to make me think the short side still has a chance. Then they explode it up...

Give it to me, baby.

Yay!, right to my next area. All those touches of the .382, then they goose it up fast, like it's going to explode, pop it over the overhead 1-min TL, then crush it down right to my area. Thanks, baby, you gave it to me!

Now we see if this is going to be something big, or not. I'm happy with what it has done so far, but it's time to see if we have a tiger by the tail, or not.

Unless I'm mistaken Yellen is shooting her yap off as we speak. She's big on talking about a lot more money printing and goosing the market. Not a good thing if one is short and the ES is sitting on an area. Just a thought. I think, though, at least seeing what this does in here has some merits. They just don't look ready to let it go yet, though.

Pretty straightforward.

The interesting thing here is that if they do plan to drop this, this is exactly how I'd expect it to behave before that. Likely it is just headed up, but the action so far is not inconsistent with this area being a big one.

70-72 is my next very short-term overhead level. That's about as high as this can go and then it's doing something else. That something else would likely mean higher prices, in my view.
