Yes, they want cable, and the Euro, they want it all. And they don't want dollars. The USD won't be making its move, I think, until the world implodes. Then dollars will be needed for the flight to 'quality', which used to be U.S. Treasuries, but will be stocks this time. Until then, TPTB will suppress the dollar to keep the game afloat. Just my two cents.

They also see the overhead 'resistance' coming in.
