Sorry to keep this going in here when it needs to be over. If email wasn't cumbersome I'd just ask that way. Marcin, when you read that post can you just tell me, in your opinion, is it purely statements of opinions, no matter how offensive (I think Jim is the kind of guy who has sex with goats...) or is any of it, any, statements presented as facts that are not true. That's the definition of defamation (libel), especially if it hurts one's reputation or business/business image. And secondly, even though I am trying to avoid stress, is the content something I should know, given I am in the process of instituting a personal defamation lawsuit? It's hard to discuss it with an attorney when you tell him you don't know what it says...

Look at PCLN on a 1-min chart. To this day I still don't quite understand who is doing what that makes that happen so often. I like to call that 'the stupidest move ever' when I see it.
