So, if one was long off the big area we looked at, then this flat ABCD here was a nice add-on spot for a single leg play. This is assuming one thought there was going to be more movement on it.

Yes. My sarcasm (it wasn't really sarcasm in this case per se) has tripped up many, many overseas readers over the years where English is not their primary language. I have toned it way down, but my style would be to use it quite a bit. If you read the latest posts I made in the public KT area I describe a bit of my 'guided discovery' concept again there. My mission is to get people to develop critical thinking skills for themselves. I am always thinking of the bigger picture. As I have said many times, I teach how I teach, and it is not suited for probably most. But for those that it is suited for, I think it can lead to some deep skills.

I thought your comment about the buyers was interesting. So you actually want us to think : )

I am trying to focus on stuff I think shows key aspects of the methodology. I am not going to point out every setup that should be obvious, as I don't think that is good for people. But sometimes to bring the picture into focus I will mention one later to clarify the perspective I may be looking from. For example, you (meaning anyone reading this) hit it short off that pattern and now sit on this area and have a very nice profit, what is the management plan? Go back and look at my teasing comment right off the open. What was I trying to get people to think about? What is an EXP ABCD? Basically, especially with the action right before the open, a double stop sweep. Just as the made it look like the buyers were ready to launch the pattern kicks in.

So, it doesn't take me to point this out, but notice what we had on the open. A bearish EXP ABCD at the KZ.

This wasn't a very good post here. I was trying to show an example where one can do concurrent plays with a single, longer play. So, that flat could have been an entry for running a single leg play over the bigger ABCD play. But, it was not ready to blast from there, so they likely would sweep it, which they did. It doesn't alter the play, it just wasn't the textbook classic case. Not to mention I am looking at a countertrend that is at an area... (so, lower probabilities) I find that wanting to do one more post for that public KT thread to demonstrate an idea is now altering what I am posting, which is not good. If I don't point it out in 'real-time' then it is useless out there as an explanation, even though that has zero to do with the concept or understanding it...

Okay, one option here on the leg play is to just call it done right there.

This leg will likely keep going a bit more, though, with not much of a checkback.

And here's the new topic. Everyone please go there and vote that up (if you think it is good). Also, I added a post to the above one thread, so make sure even if you voted before you go and vote up that one. I know there are more people reading this than four, so please, everyone, help me out. I need to make sure that they don't seem vulnerable to down voting and we get the positive vibes going. Thanks.
