A lot of times on Fed day reading the HOD or LOD early isn't possible because those days swing past both after the announcement.

A good study case here is a short with an entry trigger at 85.00. Imagine you did that, now how would you manage. Of course it's not anything I did, this is a hypothetical. Of course. Note the overhead TL pierce after a blast off into it.

If I did a short like that I'd be looking at that low at 79.75. A sweep would be nice. A sweep back to price flow would be 77.50-78.75ish. But the GZ is in here at 81, so it may just be game time until the Fed. I'm hoping for a little more downside.

Hi Everybody! I'm back again... it's nice I was actually missed : ) I had unexpected events happen yesterday afternoon that took my time until late last night. I hate it when that happens and takes me away from learning this! You definitely didn't scare me away. Whatever has happened in the past that you are discussing doesn't change my opinion of the quality of group this is. Pleased to be here!

Sometimes in situations like this, with a labored grind down where you can see 'they' probably don't want it to go down, a blasting pop buy program will hit.

Today will mostly be watching paint dry or grass grow, in the form of chop, until the Fed announcement at 14:00 PM. Sometimes there is some action, but most times, I think, not so much.
