Now it looks like the ES will easily hit that 92-93 make it all back area. We'll see. If so, I think 'The Player' will be coming in with 50-100,000 contracts short...

I did see him. He told me he just went short 150,000 contracts. He knows he may take some heat, but you know how he is, he could care less.

What this guy does is a biased quotation of your e-mails with some completely ridiculous opinions. I am not really sure if it's worth your effort to take legal actions against him. Maybe the best way is to simply ignore it or ask the Guy, to remove this thread?
All in all, it might require substantial effort to prove that this is libel indeed. The problem is, that his post looks like a manifest of some maniac, sharing his obsessions with others, therefore it's almost impossible to discuss with them.

Sorry to keep this going in here when it needs to be over. If email wasn't cumbersome I'd just ask that way. Marcin, when you read that post can you just tell me, in your opinion, is it purely statements of opinions, no matter how offensive (I think Jim is the kind of guy who has sex with goats...) or is any of it, any, statements presented as facts that are not true. That's the definition of defamation (libel), especially if it hurts one's reputation or business/business image. And secondly, even though I am trying to avoid stress, is the content something I should know, given I am in the process of instituting a personal defamation lawsuit? It's hard to discuss it with an attorney when you tell him you don't know what it says...

I don't really care if he expresses opinions, no matter how vile. If he makes statements that are presented as facts and they are untrue, like Jim blew out his trading accounts, or Jim lost money in xxxx year trading, or Jim has never traded in his life (presented as a fact, not saying he thinks Jim never has) or Jim sold books and never delivered them, and so on, then I would act. If it makes him look like he's lost it, which I am wondering if he has, then I'm fine leaving it, as I'd prefer to leave mine. I have someone else looking into it, but haven't heard back yet.

JaLee, if you look for the most obvious set you will see this hit it, even though I said the low end starts at 90.50. Hence, it is possible that was it. But, what happens many times is it will react to that, then do the final push shakeout retest fully into the rest of the area. Someone like 'The Player' may decide he doesn't want to possibly miss it, he'd hit it early, knowing that, then take the heat on the deeper retest, if the reward/risk is there.

And here's the new topic. Everyone please go there and vote that up (if you think it is good). Also, I added a post to the above one thread, so make sure even if you voted before you go and vote up that one. I know there are more people reading this than four, so please, everyone, help me out. I need to make sure that they don't seem vulnerable to down voting and we get the positive vibes going. Thanks.
