Here are two interesting long term charts of main indexes:

Isn't it amazing that what seemed to be a disorganized collapse reversed dramatically exactly where it should according to geometry??

The abundance of ABCDs pointing in both directions is just staggering:

My 'normal' read on price action is such that if I feel I have to 'talk myself into it', it's not correct. Three ABCD's in a row (fractal, each decreasing in size) at a key line requires me talking myself into that the premise is still intact. It may be, this is a valid layout. But the chop on the way up is not right. It should be smokin' by now. That's why I have been adamant that it will likely fail. But not until they suck in the maximum number of people.

So, my last comment was semi-sarcastic. The MRRD's may show up and just run it up, but it won't be going up because of a triple ABCD setup at a key line, as there was no reaction off those that implies 'impulse'. But, those MRRD's are just relentless. So, I have deep, deep respect for their ability to manipulate the market and destroy shorts mercilessly. So, the price action isn't right, but the MRRD's may get going in here and I am not going to fight that if they do get it going. Make sense, I hope?

The time of last week's crash is approaching. Let's hope they will not let the genie out of the bottle again ...

Given what I said, though, I am short side bias in here off this bearish ABCD. And when they gun it up, so be it. But I want to be on the side of expecting the triple ABCD's to fail. If it plays out in favor of the MRRD's, so be it. One has to take stands, and this is my thinking on this one. We'll see. Probably it will just chop all over the place and take everyone out, or run a bit higher and then dump, after shaking all the shorts out.

Oops, I wrote this right after my last post and never hit 'post'. So, take it with a grain of salt. Been a lot of boring chop since then, and I'm doubtful it will even play out, but that's the kind of day it has been...

Watch the flat ABCD here, too, which may send it up.

A day full of ABCDs would be an understatement. Those computers have nothing better to do??

When last week all the hell broke just after 2.30pm I read that one of the reason might be that "circuit breakers not on after 2:30". What does it exactly mean?
